I used 2 tablespoons chili powder, 1 teaspoon dried mustard, 1/2 tablespoon crushed red pepper, 1 1/2 tablespoons cumin, 1 tablespoon dried oregano, 3/4 teaspoon black pepper and 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt. Some people may want more salt, but It taste great to me. I just put in a squirt of the honey, probably about 2 tablespoons.
