Got some fresh packed mushrooms Friday and decided to cook them up today different then usual.

Washed and panned with some a frozen minced garlic, butter, shredded Parmesan spread I had saved.

With a couple other items.
Just pulled the shrooms after 1 hr 15 min give or take 5. They are delicious.

Works for me. Those look like something I'd serve with a steak. I'll probably try something similar. I have a bunch of morels. I'll try them in a small individual baking dish. Might even throw in a touch of wine along with the Parmesan. Was it Reggiano? I know you said spread.

No i make a garlic, butter, margarine, shredded Parmesan off block of cheese so yeah I thinks also Reggiano. Idk. You can get the Parmesan already shredded. It’s not the powder stuff. And i put it on French bread when i bbq it. I had a tub of it frozen from last bbq I did for a birthday party. Steak would be good but wife took chicken out. Lol

I'm not a schroom eater but my wife is big time, and I'm sure she'd love that dish. Nice Job FB
