Hi, everybody. My name is Ilyas, I am from Russia, or rather from Siberia. I have registered on your forum for a detailed study of the BBQ culture and further development in our region, as well as to study the working principle of smokers and their device. I will be glad to communicate and feedback. I would be grateful if you would drop a couple of articles on the topic of the device of a tuxedo with direct traction. Thanks.

Welcome and strong Hug from the USA

Can you give more info? I have no idea what a 'tuxedo with direct traction' is referring to. Is that some brand of smokehouse?
I apologize for my English, I communicate through an online translator. I meant the smoker. There is reverse and forward thrust, right?

Welcome to SMF!
If your talking about a reverse flow smoker, then they are readily available in the States, but I don’t know what the situation in Russia is. If you have the skills there are quite a few very talented builders on here to help you build your own.

Welcome from Wisconsin. If I understand what you are looking for, a reverse flow or conventional flow smoker can be made out of used propane storage tanks or other heavy gauge metal containers.

Here is an example of a 500 gallon reverse flow smoker.
