Hello there all I read a lot on this forum and desired to join. I've been trying to come up with my own venison/beef stick bologna recipe and smoking it my self. I got the smoking down but just having a hard time finding a great bologna recipe that I love. Any and all times will work. Im looking for a tight compacted with a smooth flavor recipe.
