Great website and I am looking forward to learning a lot from here. A few of my buddies live on this site while we are at work. I just picked up a Brinkman Gourmet Electric Smoker.
I am outside enjoying my pipe, a beer, and some blue smoke from the rack of ribs. This would be my third time smoking . . . hope to upgrade to a larger rig in the coming months, and learn a lot from all of you regulars. And hopefully become a regular myself . . . thanks!
