Messed up state of California
Battered up some oysters and fried them served on a bed of lettuce drizzeled with ranh and a side of my home made mac and cheese.
Oh Those oysters are the Rocky mountain type.

Those look good! It's been awhile since I had any. Didn't know they could be eaten without a beer though! :emoji_laughing:

briny, lung cookie like oysters.... But no, these are Rocky Mtn bovine balls.
Jokes on me.
I've had both bull and lamb balls, not bad at all, actually pretty good if you can keep from visualizing them when eating
