8 lb. Butt into the MES-30. Dinner for a gaggle of girls on the night before prom. The night before prom is a thing now. Who knew? Going to use hot and fast on this one. 275* and the AMNPS is working well as usual. We'll see how long it takes.

Dude, we are on the same page. When I get out of work, throwing an 8# butt in my MES. Will put it at 275° and should be done sometime tomorrow morning. Just in time for a nice lunch with my family.

Unfortunately it's going to take longer as the weather here is foul. Rain and wind. Dog doesn't even want to go out LOL. I have my big patio umbrella set up over the smoker. My wife laughed at me. I think my feelings might be hurt.

Took about 10 hours cause of my wonderful weather and I only had time for a couple of pics before I had to run and deliver. The gaggle of girls are happy so mission accomplished!
