i've never wrapped or sauced my ribs on both my treager and CC.. no need. lol... looks like your ribs turn out just like mine.. then sauce on the 'side'... never on top.
I pull based on feel. I always used to try and do temp and time and it never worked for me. Once I went to a toothpick and how they felt my ribs have been much better and more consistent.
