Hello all! Thanks for the add!! Just found this forum, glad to be part of it.
I have a propane Smoke Vault by Camp Chef. I've smoked maybe 6 times (Bison roast, baby-back ribs, baked beans & bacon wrapped jalapeno poppers a few times, and a goose breast). I hope to get into it more, as well as build a bigger wooden smoker to accommodate a little larger items.
