One of the family’s favorites. Very tasteful and always juicy. I first made my marinade using fresh ingredients: parsley, cilantro, thyme, basil, fresh lemon juice, crushed garlic clove, EVOO, kosher salt, black pepper, and some cayenne pepper. Marinated overnight. Used my WSM. Lump oak charcoal for fuel. Smoke temp 300-325. Took about 1hr 35 mins to cook. Hope you enjoy.

LOL---I read the whole thing 2 times, trying to find out what those things that look like Pumpkin stems are.

Good lookin meal yankee . I do alot of chicken thighs , those look great .
