I gave half my cured smoked pork butt to a friend and he loved it. He wants to cure a ham for Christmas buts wants to use traditional shoulder but can not find the meat. We live 60 miles north of Dallas. He went to Hirsh's in Plano today but they were out. Where can he find one?
