Frenched loin ribs and pork butt for the weekend

Had intentions of just grabbing a pork butt or two for the weekend, but spotted the loin ribs and couldn' resist . A little too short to turn into a crown roast, but really looking forward to trying these.!

I've seen these on sale and was very tempted to buy one, and give it a try in the smoker.
