I'm curious why you say only a month ?For use in sausage....I'd say bout a month.
Keith is a super taster. His palette is a little touchier/sensitive than ours. It would take me well over a month to get thru what I have sitting vacuum sealed in the freezer.I'm curious why you say only a month ?
