hi quick question I bought a brisket I was planning on smoking. A small one only about 5lbs. And didn’t have the time to smoke it. Can I freeze it and smoke it later? I’ve never done brisket before so I’m it too sure on how it all goes.

Thanks guys. If I’m planning on smoking it next weekend would it be ok to keep in my fridge or should I freeze it and pull it out Thursday?
