I was hoping to hear that. I have a vacuum sealer, but not with the accessory attachment.I use my foodsaver vac n seal with accessory attatchment for pint or qrt mason jars n seal them and store in fridge forever. heck theres nuff vinegar. the sauce i make simmers long time.
