Freezer Find Chuck

[Gonna Smoke]

Well, it wasn't really lost, just forgotten about until my memory caught back up with me. A 5 lb. chuck roast was lurking in the freezer and not having made pulled chuck in awhile, I thought it's time...

Nothing fancy, just seasoned up with SPOG and onto my Ok Joe for a few hours with pecan. This is after a couple of hours...

My old Joe cooks pretty good or maybe I've just figured it out...

Anyway, it's getting right so time to pull it...

Need some help pulling the meat...

She did good, maybe a little help from Papa, too...

Served with pan fried okra, green beans and potatoes, and corn on the cob. Time to eat...

She loves her corn...

She's 4 years old and loves to help out anywhere she can. She'll actually get the bottle of window cleaner and paper towels and clean the door windows where the dogs leave nose prints...

Pretty soon you’ll be able to sit back and let her do the cooking. And she’s a cutie.
