You need some dowel rods to hang your sticks and sausages

Looks Great!

Can you switch between 1 or 2 burners?

I'm On The Way!

What stuffer do you use?

I've got a Cabelas 20# Stuffer, but it leaves almost 1# of meat in the bottom.

Does your stuffer leave meat in to bottom?

weston 7 #, thought it would be to small, but works great.  leaves about enough on the bottom for a 1/4 # Burger for supper!!

They also make a larger one

I really like my Cabelas, but leaving 1# in the bottom is a PITA!

I have to fill up my Jerky Cannon to finish off stuffing the sausage.

The plunger just does not seem to go all the way to the bottom of the can.  I ended up using some large washers and bushings to space the plunger farther down on the shaft.  It's almost like the shaft needs another couple teeth in it, so it can travel farther.

Can you look at the main shaft on your model?

Is it made of aluminum or steel?

The shaft on my stuffer from Cabelas is aluminum with metal gears.  Already showing signs of wear!
