Well I don't know how many posts I have but I'm sure it's no where close to 50. This might be the first. I've been lurking for awhile and have gotten a tremendous amount of knowledge and ideas from this site. I smoke a good many butts, chuckles and whole chickens but haven't pulled the trigger on a brisket. Can't justify he cost to screw up a nice piece of meat.

Absolutely. I've never posted a cook that comes close to being epic, like some of the other folks around here have, but I still post my mundane cooks from time to time 'cause everyone is always up for some food porn.
