A guy at work who flips house on the side told me he had a house he bought with a smoker and he needed to get rid of it. I told him sure I would take it, not even knowing what it was. I figured worst case I can throw it in the scrap bin at work. Well I was surprised when he brought in a UDS. I have never used one but always wanted to give it a shot.

Doing a test run right now. If you have any tips please share. Thanks

She'd just roll her eyes lol! But if it was fun to cook on She'd be right in line to use it as well!

Very cheap to build. Get on it
I would love to! But we had a high of 60 today, had to turn my ac on while on my way to town... which has happened never at the end of January in Iowa. Been busy cutting trees down trying to get ready for two new sheds going up this year. Sure wish I had my 25 year old self about now!

Like everybody already said nice score and the price is right. Never cooked on a UDS it's been on my one of these days list. Let us know what you think

What a score on the freebie! Been wanting to build a UDS to complement my mini. Would love to hear your experience with it!
