Wife and I finally made it to Franklin BBQ this past Tuesday. We arrived at 6:15 am and we’re first in line. Others started arriving at 6:30 and it was steady flow of people arriving. They provide you with chairs and the people in line are all like minded and we all had some great conversations it reminded me of tailgating at a game or concert. There was a couple in line from Nova Scotia that made the trek to Texas just to visit Franklin and Snow’s and another gentleman that game from London for the experience. The brisket was amazing along with the sausages and pork ribs. We were also able to get a tour of the pits etc. it was a awesome experience
