Fourth brisket....First w/Q-View

    Alright,Alright,
    Yeah,Yeah I know.....No Q-View it didnt happen
    Well momma figured out how to put pics on here for me so here ya'll go
    This is my fourth brisket and with the help of every one here they just keep gettin better.This one is for the wifes B-day dinner.13#.Rubbed it 24hrs ahead and wrapped it and put it in fridge...Pulled it out of fridge bout an hr or so before goin on smoke...Put it on fat cap up and left it that way......bout 4hrs in I mopped it with good ol Italian dressing.....mopped it again every other hr......14hrs and 190 degrees (int) later this is what I came up with.
    Gotta say, I aint sure I would be pullin this kinda Q with out u fine folks here at SMF...Thanx

    Nice job Ty. Can i call you so I can figure out the q-view. I'm no good at these computers either.
