My hubby gave me a meat slicer over 10 years ago.  I haven't used it and it went in a cabinet and became the appliance graveyard.

I had some left over brisket and wanted to get thin slices...my knives are not sharp...and this thing made a quick job of it!  Woot Woot!  I guess I was scared of it years ago..and I didn't even but myself yesterday!

Was simple to use...and it's a Rival Brand from what I can find on the housing.

Great find..... anything to help slice stuff thin is good.... sure beats a knife....   Dave

Now it's time to smoke a sirloin tip for some Great thin sliced roast beef for sammies!

Dave x2....it was so easy to use..don't know why I haven't before. I "have to make" pastrami before the baby Chile goes back to college. That will work too!
