I wanted to try something new for the Superbowl so I decided to do my first Fattie. Jeff's Smoked Bacon and Sausage Flatty sounded like a easy way to get started. I spent Sat. Afternoon putting it together and then put it in the refrigerator over night. Sunday morning came and it was 12 degrees, 25 mph winds and a fresh 6 inches of snow on the smoker. Forgive me but I decided to cook the fattie in the oven in stead of fighting the elements.

I cooked it at 250 degrees until the IT was 170. It didn't turn out to bad. I look forward to smoking my next one.
