Past week I have been feeding 2 of my starters with flat san pellegrino mineral water.
Open the bottle and shake down the carbonation for a day.
I did save discard just in case this didnt work. So far the 2 are really active and have that nice fruity smell. One is getting King Arthur AP and the other KA Bread flour
