How long are pellets good for? I just bought 29 bags like two weeks ago and I don't yet have a way to use them...

Sadly, the RuralKing near me is pretty sparse on inventory (Spring Hill, FL). No oak, hickory, competition. Lots of cherry. Unless they stocked their shelves overnight, it's not worth the trip. They did have a brand on sale called Griller's Gold Hickory, Fruit & competition which I've never heard of before and there's limited online info.

That's the normal price, they had a sale last summer for $5 a bag, seen those other pellets but was in a rush the other day and couldn't find any info on my phone about grillers , still see no real info on their web site

They will last a "long" time as long as you can keep them out of the humidity. Do not set directly on concrete.

Thanks for the reminder Rick I'm headed to a Rural King store in AL today and will grab some while there.

Bob you could take a little road trip and drive up to Crystal River and get some from the Rural King store there. They usually have a pretty good stock of them there

I left my pellets setting on concrete in my carport with no problems, I am down to 3 full bags so will restock soon.
