Meat Mopper
I am sure a lot of you have seen these already but for those who haven't they are awesome! I got one as a "handy down" a year ago and ended up loving it. It is awesome for left overs you want to freeze or if you like to smoke cheese its ideal for resting your freshly smoked cheeses.
