I have their proofer that is larger. This new one is just for a starter jar. I can put 9 large mouth jars in the big proofer.

Have had one of the large proofers for over a year, Works great on fermenting salumi, digital temp and has a water pan in the middle plus you can buy and extra rack that is elevated above the bottom rack.

Ordered one of those as well. That is a neat gadget for the starters. Should help reduce the chance of failed starter. I'm not that hardcore into bread making.......yet!

I never got my starter to survive , so I gave up . Maybe that's the answer .
