There is absolutely nothing wrong with the 18.5". Works great. Uses a little less fuel than the 22.5". Takes up a little less room.

As they say, a picture is worth a thousand words.

2 racks, 12.2 lbs, of untrimmed spare ribs on 18" cookie sheets, LIGHTLY dusted. Note the overhang.
