Definitely let us know how they work out - I've got like.... 50 probes strung out everywhere! :emoji_laughing:

I've been looking for probe organizers. Just placed an order.

Let us know your thoughts on these. I might just let you enable me!

One of my biggest problems is CLEANING my probes. Not the probe shafts themselves, being stainless those can be scrubbed pretty hard to clean, but the wires themselves... braided metal just does NOT get the grease and soot out, no matter how much I seem to soak or scrub them with scrubby pads. <sigh>

True. Just do the best you can. They don't have to be hospital-clean to work. Or go wireless. Love my Thermo Pro Temp Spike.

I go pretty much wireless too. But the probe for my pit boss isn't. And I'm always outside getting the food going. Then remembering the probe is in the house!

I have/had 5 of the TempSpikes, only 2 still work. Not been a huge fan of them, but they are... eh... adequate, I guess I'd say.

I have a pair of Fireboard Pulse now I've used 2 or 3 times, they've been pretty good so far, zero issues for me to this point. Though I am aware there have been some growing pains with that one, as well - but Fireboard software is definitely great.

I've had those in my Wish List before but went with the ThermoWorks silicon ones here:

I find that the tangled mess that ends up in my drawer (even if I roll them up nicely) is a great tester of the patience as I unwind and unkink everything. It is kind of a good calibration for what kind of mood I am in.

Just arrived. Seems like a great way to keep everything handy and neater than tossed in a drawer. Silicone with strong magnets.

Hmmm.... my competition probes wouldn't lock into those clips, but I wonder if the spring portion of them would. Do you have any of the thin competition probes to try out?
