Mixed up a batch of home made French bread ! Has to rise twice ! Rack of ribs were cut into pieces rubbed down with salt pepper garlic onion powder and a little brown sugar put into fridge over night into the smoker at 9:30 am at 200 degrees . Chicken breast and two thighs rubbed with salt pepper and garlic , then wrapped the thighs with bacon and a light coat of brown sugar , put them in smoker at 12:30 . Turned the mes up to 275 at 3 pm pulled every thing at 4pm covered with sweet baby rays and into 400 degree oven for a half hour ! Dinner time !
