Foolproof Smoked Turkey

I recently wrote an tutorial for my column on the Sacramento Outdoor Cooking Examiner, How to BBQ the Perfect Turkey. I know many of you don't need a basic tutorial on brining and smoking a turkey, but it might be helpful if you haven't tried it before. This one really is foolproof.
