I like to have a frozen pot pie once in a while. the problem is our motor home micro wave is 850 watts and the pies say minimum 1100 watts. I do have a Thermapen and normally check temps. Any thoughts or suggestions?

You'll be fine, it'll just take longer to get hot all the way through.
