Whats up everyone, I am Justin and I live in Virginia. I am new here and thought i would introduce myself. I am 28 years old, I spend all my free time hunting and fishing so I guess I am here to learn how to better enjoy the aftermath of those adventures. I have been told I am very good on a grill and since have apparently been appointed to cook at every family function for the rest of my life. At least I know it will be good. My uncle has been involved with curing hams for sometime and got me involved this year so I just built a smokehouse for coldsmoking in my yard. I look forward to all kinds of new ways to enjoy grilling and smoking my store bought as well as my wild caught goods. If you have time I just posted a thread in the cold smoking section with a couple questions as well as a couple pictures of my operational but still in process smoke house. Thankyou
