Hey everyone.  I'm from S.C, but currently in the Army stationed in Germany.  I have an IGS BBQ Butler model # IGS-0103.  I smoked 2 turkeys last year on a basic Weber grill (big bowl is what I call it) and they turned out beatiful.  I decided to join this club when I started having problems with the smoker/firebox on my BBQ butler some time ago.  I've read a few posts and believe this is the place for me.  Look forward to gettin some more ideas and passing some ideas along.  See ya'll in the forums.
