Thanks Bear!
That is some great looking food. I like the camelback idea!

Dave
Thanks! Yeah the more I think about it the less it becomes a joke!
Looks awesome! All these dang posts with the flat tops! Im going to break down eventually and buy one!
Thanks, do it! It's so much cooking surface you wonder how you ever cooked anything in pans on the stove top.
Nice looking Phillies...
Thank you sir!
Looks awesome teal! That's how I envision a Philly cheesesteak hoagie.
Thanks, they did come out quite photogenic, especially considering I botched sliding them into the hoagie first shot! They tasted as good as they looked as well!
Food looks great! I'm thinking with all the griddle cooks going on lately I could get a full time job going around taking pics for all you guys with griddles, fetching beers, and of course taste testing!

Nice job
Ryan
Thank you. Sounds like a solid career move haha!
Looks delicious! Big like!
Thank you!
Looks great and looks like you seasoned your new blackstone nicely.... look forward to seeing more cooks from it!
Thanks. Four coats of olive oil on high heat and let er rip until each coat of oil had smoked off. First cook was bacon and browns followed up by eggs to let some more oil and bacon grease soak in. I've found with my CI if I season then run a pile of bacon through it first I get a very nice seasoning and non stick.
Great looking Phillys, the Blackstone flat tops are real game changers and a great addition to the cooking arsenal. Fact I made a Philly cheesesteak myself last night, love 'em! RAY
Thanks. Yes this is a total game changer, not sure I'll ever use a skillet on the stove top again other than for sauces. It's been a long while since I've had a real authentic style phillie so it seemed fitting! Firs time I've ever honestly made one too!
Looks great. You're gonna have a lot of fun with that! Enjoy.

Mike
Thanks, yes the fun is just starting!
Looks great. I have had our griddle for two weeks and have used it almost everyday
Thanks! I went to dinner at my dads last night and was sad I couldnt be cooking on my griddle haha!
That's a great looking sandwich . Flank is a great choice too . Nice work .
Thanks. We had the flank cut extremely thin for Carne and it just seemed the perfect thing for doing a philly. Does take a bit of trimming to get the gristle and fat off, but worth it in the end.

Genius idea! Damnit...Fathers Day has already passed!
One of those beer helmets with the straw would work too. At least you have ideas for Christmas now!

Looks good from here! Like. The fun has only begun for you. As you stated that the food gets done fast - depending on what I am making and how hungry we are, I will turn the griddle down just so that I can cook longer!

Superb cook for the first time out!! I learned real fast to have everything...and I mean EVERYTHING ready and in place before you even fire it up. I'm still amazed how fast these things cook, how versatile they are, and how amazingly good the food is. With Tracy working such an odd schedule recently, being able to throw together a quick but really good meal has been a Godsend.

The mods are going to have to start a griddle section before long!

There was talk recently among the staff about this. They decided that we have enough sub forums already and probably don't need any more. Most of what what's being cooked can easily fit into any of the current sub forums....and as much as i love my griddle, I kinda have to agree with the mods on this one. Of course all of this may change at some point but for now, I believe this is what the decision is gonna be.
