Hi everyone,
I came across a recipe for this on the Weber website and decided I needed try it…
The peaches I got weren’t in the best shape, but due to a late frost last spring, peaches are a little scarce around here at the moment, so I decided to use them anyway…
First melt 2 tablespoons of butter and add 1 tablespoon of sugar.
Cut the peaches in half and take the pits out. Brush them with the melted butter and sugar.
Grill over medium heat for 10-12 mins, flipping them every 3-4 mins. Brush with butter and sugar whenever you flip.
Once you see black spots appearing they are pretty much done.
Pull them off and add a scoop or two of vanilla ice cream!
Final take, I will do these again, but I will use a closed in grill, either the Traeger or the Weber Kettle, as it would make them softer.
Chillin’ by the fire for the rest of the evening…
As always, thanks for looking!
God bless…
-Mike
