First UDS Build...smoking this weekend!

Thanks everyone for providing tips, feedback, and pictures of your UDS!  I built my first one and plan to smoke some chickens and some wings this weekend.

Check out the pics!  I still need to finish the smoke stack but still debating how i want it to look.

The barrel was purchased for $25 from a recycling plant that cleans them out and paints them.  All other materials, except the basket, came from Menards for under $60.  Good Stuff!
