I just got my Smokenator and did my first smoke (a fattie).

http://www.smokenator.com/

Followed the directions exactly in my standard Weber Silver One-Touch 22" and everything worked as advertised!  I made a 2 1/3 lb stuffed fattie per the usual method with bacon weave wrap.  Smoked it with Mesquite for 4 hours 15 minutes until the internal temp was 155 deg.

Turned out moist and well smoked.  I am now a believer in the Smokenator and will be trying ribs next.  This is a great way to smoke "low & slow" in a Weber with moist heat.

That looks cool...wish I would have thought of that idea.
