Lol, no I call that a sprinkle. The severe thunderstorm and tornado watch that ripped through shortly after was the rain but the meat came out ok. Why did I not know about or try smoking foods before this year??
Tasty looking pork! I like to cut my butts in half,or do two, and season one with a BBQ rub the other with some Mexican inspired seasonings to have variety. I think we all wished we started this obsession sooner,I wish I didn't start with a $1000 gas grill for sure.
