Just threw a slab of ribs in the smoker. Gonna be doin the 3 2 1 method. They aint gonna be done till about 8 but I can wait. Pics will follow later. Wish me luck

Good luck! I've finished on the grill for a few minutes in lieu of the final hour....something to consider if you have "others" eating who are less patient than you.

Smoked up some CostCo Pork Loin ribs yesterday afternoon for the first time on the new Trailmaster.  Used the 2-2-1 method.  On the final hour, I swabbed 2 of the racks with a Honey/Whiskey mop, and left one dry.  These ribs were quite abit more meat on them and I should have went with a 3-2-1 instead, but even so, had rave reviews from guests, even though I think it could have been better  The mop had a good flavor.  Pix is of start of smoke....got too dark outside for final results..

The 2-2-1 method is for baby back ribs. yes you should use the 3-2-1- method and adjust from there. Looks good from my chair. Bob
