first time smoking pork spare ribs... OMG!!!

So, fathers day I started smoking two racks of pork spare ribs at 11am. When 4:30 rolled around and I took them of to take them over to my parents house for our picnic. I had put a chili lime rub on one, and left the other plain. Once I got to my folks house I put them on a low heat and added some BBQ sauce to each of them, and let the sauces get nice and sticky. I have to tell you that they were so delicious, and juicy! I read so many of the posts on this site about times and temps... lol The ribs were so good my father told me they tasted exactly like ribs he had at the Dinosaur BBQ restaurant last summer. What a compliment from my Dad!!! I can't wait for the next piece of meat I throw in the smoker... Thanks SMF
