Hey everybody new here and new to smoking. Picked up a ham the other day and did a very tasty recipe in 4 hours. Rubbed the ham with honey dijon mustard and brown sugar. Cooked two hours unwrapped then 1 hour wrapped and brushed with pineapple juice. For the last hour I added more pineapple juice and brown sugar and cooked unwrapped to glaze the outside. Needless to say it turned out awesome!

Looks great, we love doing them that way, kids will not let me put another one in the oven ever again.

Looks great. I first tried Bearcarver's double smoked ham last month. Stellar. This looks like a similar idea and would also be very tasty.

Thanks for posting!

Kranders it was just a dry-cured ham I bought at the grocery store. Had a great mixture of sweet and smokey flavor with the brown sugar glaze
