Hi everyone,  On Friday I decided to smoke some chicken wings.  I have grilled them before on the Webber kettle but have never smoked them.  I set the smoker at 275 temp and smoked them for a little while.  At the end  I added just a little Head Country BBQ sauce.  Then I brought them inside, put them under the broiler for 5 minutes or so tossing them about.  They were pretty good.

Looks good to me! I have also just started smoking my wings and the skies the limit with what you can do to them! Thanks for sharing:)

Very good.  Try injecting them next time like some of the recipes posted on here.  Some of the best wings

Wow, never heard of injected chicken wings!  I'll have to try that next time!

 Nice wings!

Nice Wings!  I could eat about two dozen of those.  I like to brine my wings first and smoke with pecan wood before crisping them up on the grill.
