First time reverse sear!!

So these turned out really well, but I didn't catch that much smoke flavor. Maybe the pellets I used in the AMNTS? I used Oak and had them in the smoker for about an hour and a half.

Either way sounds like a good excuse to try again... with Pittmasters this time!

I used some oak pellets the other day for a smoke and did not get as much smoke flavor i am used to from the oak we get locally. I have done a reverse sear with pit-master and it was very good!

Glad it turned out good!  Ya can't beat a good reverse seared steak.  I reverse seared some ribeyes myself yesterday with Pitmasters, turned out real good.
