First time poster, long time viewer to forum

Hello, My name is Joe and live here in northern MN. I have lurked here on the forum off and on for the past few years. There is somthing about building and making your own things that I enjoy so I read alot of post in the smoker builds. I realy like to cook and make jerky with game that I harvest during the fall. The past year I have start expanding into making sausages and want to continue with that more.
