What’s up everyone....
It has been a while but winter season is almost over and is time to get the smokers out and to start the season I decided to try pork ribs...
I use Aaron Franklin pork ribs receipt and it came out really good.

Man the ribs look perfect and that Yoder smoker is killer. Very nice. What wood did you use?
 
Aaron Franklin pork ribs on a offset, you are a man after my own heart! Nice pullback and bark on those that rack, bet they'd have enough smoke on them to make a man real happy, Like! RAY
