First time pork loin

Well took a pic but it didn't go thru to my computer. Then people were eating, took this one before everything was gone. Everyone loved it except my wife she said it was bland but she ate every bite. I thought it was pretty darn good, juicy and flavorful from the garlic and Stubbs and honey sauce. I swear she just likes giving me a hard time sometimes.

Been there , lived that . Funny how that works . Used to compliment me to her friends and family , but never to me . Just the way it was .
Looks like it came out good to me , but I have had them seem bland . I think it has to do with the salt . Needs the right amount of salt to make the other flavors pop .

You could be right chopsaw, I went light on the rub of salt, pepper and paprika. Even though I brined it for 24 hours, I know this doesn't really make it salty though. Some people like more salt than others of course. Everyone enjoyed it but her so she says, but like I said she ate every bite and she's picky so she would not have ate it at all if it was that bad. She wants me to go to the movies tomorrow to see a movie that I really don't think I'd like so I told her no take one of the kids, I'd rather watch football so I'm thinking that's what it's all about.
