I just found this, I guess ya'll didn't save any for me!

Lookin good C, you are such a tease! You know I have that piece of meat brining now!

Sure looks good.

I should be practicing making rye bread during the wait I guess. Saurkrat, thousand island dressing, rye bread and Pastrami!!

Well done C grats!

Thanks Foam, the wife and I only tasted it.

I made it for lunch this week.

I am following your thread, I want to corn my own next time.

Believe it or not I still have some left.

Will it freeze ok?

For leftovers?

We stick it in the fridge overnight.  Then slice thin for sandwich slices.

Into the vacu sealer and to the freezer.

Thawed meat is warmed in au jus.

A little rye bread?  Cheese?  Maybe a pickle?

Aw heck?  Just use your imagination!

Good luck and good smoking.

Man it was very good with the bread toasted on the grill.

Thanks Case. I love that little grill.

I cheated.   Store bought corned beef.

Will cure my own next time.

Thanks. Tasted great.

I am watching your thread for my next one.
