First time on the site, and a novice smoker

Hello all,

My name is Jesse and I live in Mid-Michigan.  Hobbies include fishing, hunting, cigars, motorcycle riding and of course cooking.  Brother and I have pretty much inherited my uncles smoker (300 gallon propane tank on single axle trailer).  I will try and get a picture up soon!

I am actually here for help, I have taken on a task that I am not able to accomplish without some help from the experts on this site.  Please look out for my next post with a list of questions, kind of on a time crunch for some help.

 to SMF!!! Glad you found us and you've come to the right place for help with that smoker, lot's of people here that love to help out. Just so you know since you are a new member our software will probably hold and posts with pics in them for a moderator to review, so if you don't see it show up right away just be patient and someone will get to it. We do this to keep the spammers out and also so no one posts something inappropriate. It only lasts until you made about 20 posts or so. Would you do us a big favor and update your profile to include your location, it helps people when they offer advice to know where you are, Thanks!
