Hi guys, just picked up my Smokin-it electric smoker last night, and got it seasoned as per the instructions.

My first meal will be beef ribs, with ABT's and veggies. Here is some QView!
One rack with KC rub, one rack with a store bought applewood rub
Smoke in progress!
ABT's will go on for the last 2 hours or so!

looks great.

Love me some beef ribs. Trouble is we are seeing less and less "real good" ones. I usually never do ours more than 4 1/2 hours tops.

Thanks, Mule.

Flash, do u foil yours, and at what temp do you cook? This being my first cook in the new smoker, and first time doing beef ribs, I decided to do a 2.5 hr, 90 minutes foiled, and then will take em off after about 45 unfoiled, added sauce to my wife's.

Should have another QView soon!

I have and sometime I put them in an aluminum pan and spoon mojo over them as they smoke. Temps usually around 235 tp 250.  Like to use Beef Backed and short ribs too.
